Located in the Despard district of Clarksburg formerly owned by the Summit Park Association and home to numerous programs, sports leagues and family gatherings. The SPA donated the property to the County in 2017 and plans have been made to make it one of the most attractive recreation sites in Clarksburg.  Future plans includes turning the lower field into Soccer and Football fields and upgrades to the playground areas on the lower and upper field. Minor cosmetic improvements include new dugouts, bleachers and replacing the outfield fence on the upper field. The grounds is a perfect place for huge family functions as there is plenty of parking, seating and activity areas.
